Intersect is an arrow puzzle game from Orion Studios. No game account is required.

Puzzles work offline. Progress, unfinished games, achievements, Arrowheads, cosmetic unlocks and preferences are stored on your device. Orion Studios does not receive your puzzle history. Your Apple device backup settings may include local game data in backups. Backup copies may remain under your Apple backup settings after you remove local data.

Reset all progress clears game results and unfinished games. It keeps Arrowheads, cosmetic unlocks and purchase access. Deleting the app removes its local game data. Remove Ads and cosmetic packs can be restored using the Apple Account that purchased them.

When enabled and connected by the player, Intersect stores game boards, unfinished attempts, achievements, campaign progress, a device name and a shared earned Arrowhead wallet in the player's private iCloud database. Apple operates iCloud. Orion Studios does not operate a separate account database for these saves.

Each device saves a separate copy of its puzzle progress. Continuing a saved copy replaces local progress after creating a local recovery copy. The shared wallet is separate, so restoring older progress does not restore spent Arrowheads. Connected wallets require iCloud for spending and granting rewards. Offline puzzle results can earn their rewards when the device reconnects.

Turning off automatic saves keeps existing cloud copies and the connected wallet. Players can delete individual saved copies in Settings > Cloud saves. Resetting progress changes this device's progress; other saved copies remain until deleted. Deleting the app does not delete iCloud data. Apple Account and iCloud settings control account access and app data removal. Local recovery copies stay on that device until its app data is removed.

Game Center races use an Apple Game Center identity. Player names, scores and rankings are visible to other players through global and friends leaderboards. Two-player challenges share a board identifier and each player's result with the opponent. The app also keeps queued submissions and personal bests locally. Queued results can be kept locally without further submission. There is no in-app chat or uploaded player content.

Apple operates Game Center. Practice and ordinary puzzles do not require Game Center. Leaving a race does not remove results already accepted by Game Center. Apple Account and Game Center settings govern the player's profile and service access.

When enabled and available, Google AdMob provides occasional ads between campaign levels and optional ads that award Arrowheads. Ads require an internet connection and may be unavailable. You can play puzzles without watching optional ads.

The game requests non-personalized ads and disables Google's publisher first-party ID. It does not request Apple's tracking permission. Non-personalized advertising still uses data to deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Google's service may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, app and product interactions such as app launches and video views, performance information and crash diagnostics. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents ad privacy choices before ads are requested. You can revisit required choices in Settings > Ad privacy choices. If consent cannot be completed, advertising stays unavailable and puzzles remain playable.

Apple processes the optional one-time Remove Ads and cosmetic pack purchases. Intersect checks verified StoreKit purchase records to grant and restore these entitlements and respond to refunds. Orion Studios does not receive your payment card information. Restore purchases is available in Settings > Arrowheads & styles. Optional rewarded ads remain available after Remove Ads is purchased.

If you email support@orionstudios.dev, Orion Studios receives your email address and whatever message, screenshots or technical details you choose to send. I use that information to respond, investigate problems and keep a record of the support request. Avoid including payment card details. You can also use Settings > Report an ad to describe an inappropriate advertisement.

Email and hosting providers may process support communications to deliver their services. Support information is not sold or used for advertising. It is kept only as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant support records or meet legal obligations.

You can contact the same address to ask about or request deletion of support information. Applicable legal requirements may require some records to be retained. The Orion Studios support website has its own privacy information.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information in a support request, contact support@orionstudios.dev so I can review and remove it where appropriate.

If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new date. Material changes will be reflected in the game and its App Store privacy information as appropriate.
