WutaChat
WutaChat brings private groups, event plans and direct messages into one mobile app. We built it with React Native and a Supabase backend. Members can join discussions, respond to event invitations and stay in touch inside an invite-only community. Administrators manage invitations and membership. This was commissioned work for a confidential client.

A community with controlled membership
Access starts with an invitation. Members have profiles, connections and private group discussions, while administrators manage invitations and group membership. The app puts these tools in one interface so the community can work within its own membership rules.
From event invitation to RSVP
The event list pairs cover images with dates and descriptions. Event details bring invitations, RSVP options, comments and a native calendar action together. Members can review the plan and respond from the same screen.
Conversations alongside groups and events
Direct messaging gives members a separate place for one-to-one conversations. Group posts and comments keep shared discussions attached to their group. In-app alerts help members return to activity that concerns them.
A mobile interface and shared backend
The mobile app uses React Native and TypeScript. Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL data, file storage and real-time updates. Group, event and messaging workflows use the same backend and profile model.
